GPA Italiana CM hydropneumatic power units, mounted on PCM hydropneumatic presses, can be sold also separately.
They are available with or without control valves and are quite ideal devices to be installed on machines for assembling of light pieces.
Their main features are:
- power range 20 – 320 kN,
- linear or “U” layout versions,
- hard anodized aluminium pipes allowing a high level of protection against oxidation and high pneumatic performances,
- high speed and low air consumption in the approach and return stroke,
- working stroke with smooth application of power using the pressure intensifier hydraulic circuit,
- reduced consumption of tools and dies, thanks to smooth power application,
- reduced noise level,
- reduced maintenance requirements.
G.P.A. Italiana CM hydropneumatic power unit takes advantage of a wide range of optional accessories, such as:
- digital pressure switch with programmable set points, for a simple check of the required power on the piece,
- micrometric adjustment of the working stroke, on the linear units,
- total stroke mechanical adjustment, on the “U” units. |
