G.P.A. Italiana pneumatic rotary indexing tables are available in two versions: TAR 270 and TAR 160. TAR 270 can handle bigger loads, aided by the hydraulic control and double cylinder which can be supplied on request, whilst TAR 160 is ideal where the need for compactness prevails and loads are limited.
Their great resistance, careful design, simple operation, scarce need for maintenance and precision that is constant over time are the features that make these products extremely valid for rotating transfers in light mechanical work or in assembly automation.
Main construction characteristics of G.P.A. Italiana pneumatic rotary table are:
- cast iron basement,
- central shaft in casehardened tempered and ground steel,
- lubrication through central oiler and side grease nippler,
- preselection of the indexing number,
- maximum load which can be carried kg 100 on TAR 270 and kg 20 on TAR 160,
- air connection on the central shaft for pneumatic devices on the top plate,
- pneumatic or electropneumatic control valve.
